# Unseizable

Unseizable explores the hypothesis that social mobility is driven primarily by mindset — a portable, transmittable orientation — rather than by systems or institutions. A project by KDA (kda.zone), previously published at agency.kda.zone. Drawing on intergenerational status research (the Hungarian surname study, Gregory Clark's Norman-descendant data, the Kresy deportation case) the project argues that a specific set of internal dispositions (long-term orientation, strategic awareness, self-efficacy, tolerance for discomfort, adaptive ambition) enables individuals to climb social hierarchies regardless of the political or economic system they live in. The project translates the research into a practical loop — reflect, design, filter, execute, observe — that readers can run to build these dispositions themselves.
